Another win in my column! I got a great vehicle, basically new with on 2,400 miles on it, at a very good price. I worked with Kyle Jones in Finance who was also great! I went to Auto Nation with financing already in place, but Kyle found a lower interest rate for me. She was great, so kind and patient! I would recommend her to anyone considering the Auto Nation Ford in Frisco. Anna was there with me the whole time as I filled out paperwork and waited for finance. With Auto Nation, the sticker price is the price, no need to negotiate or haggle. She was the best Sales consultant I've ever worked with when buying a car. When I got to the dealership, the car was upfront, and Anna was waiting to take me on my test drive. Within 5-10 min I got a call from Anna Dobrolyubova, a Sales Consultant with Auto Nation to schedule and appoint to see the vehicle and to test drive. I found a 2022 Lexus RX 350 on the Auto Nation web sight and entered my information of interest to see the vehicle. Ozee and Autonation Ford definitely got my vote for being an outstanding place of business. Ac works great, I can see the new parts that’s were replaced, they did paint touch up, and even fixed a tear in the leather seat and changed the oil and filled up the gas tank! I was blown away the vehicle was truly delivered in better condition than I ever imagined. I finally get the call and go to pick it up. Well it ended up taking over a week and it wasn’t just Freon it ended up being a significant repair multiple parts replaced. So I completed the transaction and they sent me home in the truck I just traded. I was promised it would be fixed before delivery. We took it for a drive and I liked everything about the truck except the ac wasn’t working. It was in pretty good shape for a 7 year old vehicle and I agreed to drive it. So Ozee and I went back out to the lot and we talked cars, trucks, etc and he took me out to the older GMC truck. Turned out the truck I wanted to see wasn’t there. He came and got me when they were ready and to my surprise they were extremely close to the number I had in my head, and they had valid reasons why they were slightly off.
He was cool with that and he proceeded to get my vehicle appraised and I wondered the lot. I had a number in my head for my trade in and I knew if they weren’t gonna do me right there then I wasn’t looking at anything. I didn’t want to talk cars, what all was available. I was very business minded, shut off, and the only thing I cared about was the value of my trade in. I am always weary of car dealerships and salesman. The only positive thing was they were quick for the oil change, which is apparently all the “maintenance package” is.I showed up on a Saturday morning, no appointment and when I pulled in and parked I was approached by a young man named Ozee. Unfortunately I will not be using Minit-Tune and do not recommend this location. I did not feel this was very thorough as the service was not completed as specified in the ad. I expect the repairs to be done right, and thorough.
For someone who knows an extensive amount on vehicles, this is how I identify if I will ever use a shop for repairs I cannot tackle. None of these issues mentioned above were identified to me upon pick up of my vehicle. Lastly, my rear brakes are wearing down and will need to be replaced soon due to the vehicle being subjected to the interior winters most of it’s life.

It also states that your front end would be checked well the bushings on my front struts are cracked and worn out, plus I have a slight alignment issue as it pulls to the right (again none of which was mentioned). For example, it states that your lights would be checked clearly not as my rear brake light was burnt out going in to the shop (I was not advised of that upon picking up my car).
